US systems integration provider Redapt and ZeroTier have entered into a partnership to deliver post-quantum network security across enterprise data centres, co-location sites, and private cloud environments.

Under the arrangement, Redapt will embed the ZeroTier Quantum networking platform into its existing infrastructure, cloud, and managed service portfolio.

Redapt will assess, design, deploy, and manage the quantum-resistant connectivity software alongside the compute, storage, and networking hardware it supplies.

The integrated service is designed to safeguard data centre traffic, edge installations, and remote systems from emerging quantum risks, including threats where intercepted data is stored for future decryption, without requiring organisations to rebuild their current network architecture.

ZeroTier CEO Andrew Gault said: “Quantum security can’t remain a future roadmap item for enterprise-level infrastructure. Organisations are already rethinking how they secure private environments, especially as infrastructure becomes more distributed.”

ZeroTier Quantum operates at data centre wire speeds and satisfies the CNSA 2.0 standards set by the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the National Security Agency (NSA).

The software platform uses the ZeroTier Transport Protocol to integrate hybrid FIPS-compliant post-quantum cryptography directly into the transport layer.

It applies NIST-standardised ML-KEM-1024 (FIPS 203) for key exchange and ML-DSA-87 (FIPS 204) for digital signatures, while also supporting perfect forward secrecy.

Redapt will guide IT infrastructure, risk governance, security policies, and certification preparation.

Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2)-compliant ZeroTier is supported by Battery Ventures, Bonfire Ventures, and Anorak Ventures.

Redapt CEO and co-founder Rick Cantu said: “Customers want infrastructure solutions that are secure, flexible, operationally simple, and now, quantum secure. ZeroTier Quantum gives us a way to add FIPS quantum-secure networking aligned with CNSA 2.0 standards directly into the environments we already build and manage for our customers.

“Most of our customers can’t pause operations to rebuild their networks for a quantum future. ZeroTier Quantum lets us fold quantum-secure connectivity into the infrastructure we already design, deploy, and manage, so security teams can act on the threat now instead of waiting on a multi-year migration.”
