Experience unmatched clarity with a single platform that combines unique data, AI, and human expertise.
The power systems will be integrated into HyperNext’s expanding digital infrastructure, which is focused on hyperscale and AI-driven data centre solutions.
KOEL manufactures power generation technologies for mission-critical environments.
The partnership will support HyperNext’s development of data centre ecosystems designed to manage cloud computing, AI, and enterprise workloads requiring high resilience and energy efficiency.
HyperNext Group CEO Harsh Macwann said: “As we continue to expand our digital infrastructure footprint, reliability and performance remain central to our design philosophy. KOEL’s Optiprime solution offers the scale, engineering sophistication, and proven operational performance required for our mission-critical environments.
“Being India’s first data centre with an 800VDC power architecture, this partnership reflects our shared commitment to enabling the next generation of digital infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of operational resilience.”
The Optiprime platform supplied by KOEL combines multiple high-performance cores into a single integrated system, with Data Centre Continuous Power (DCCP) and Uptime certification.
KOEL states that this enables operators to optimise space utilisation and secure continuous power for their data centre operations.
Kirloskar Oil Engines global powergen business president Madan Patil said: “This order reflects the growing confidence that digital infrastructure leaders place in KOEL’s engineering capabilities and our ability to deliver reliable, high-performance power solutions at scale.
“As AI and cloud adoption accelerate globally, data centres require robust and resilient backup power systems that can support ever-increasing energy demands. Our Optiprime platform has been developed precisely to address these challenges, delivering exceptional performance, reliability, and operational efficiency for Hyperscale data centres.”
Both companies are positioning this agreement as a response to increasing demands in digital transformation, AI deployment, and the expanding data centre industry in India.
