Empromptu AI and Eunoia Group have entered into a strategic partnership to create an integrated AI and data modelling platform tailored for data centre projects and resilient campuses.
The system is designed to help developers, planners, system operators, capital allocators, and public sector agencies coordinate project planning, financing strategies, environmental impact evaluations, and community benefit assessments.
Access deeper industry intelligence
Experience unmatched clarity with a single platform that combines unique data, AI, and human expertise.
The initiative aims to address delays in large-scale developments caused by fragmented, manual land use approvals, including site selection, zoning, and environmental reviews.
By combining custom model training and data sovereignty systems with infrastructure deployment expertise, the tool enables planners to assess candidate locations against physical and regulatory constraints more quickly than standard timetables.
Platform capabilities also include interactive 3D environmental mapping, agentic data processing across multiple sources, project-tailored financial workflows, and assessments of energy affordability.
Empromptu AI co-founder and CEO Shanea Leven said: “Data centre growth is only sustainable if the projects behind it are built responsibly. There’s a gap in the market for trustworthy, sovereign AI solutions, and by partnering with someone with a deep understanding of the market like Eunoia Group, we look forward to bringing advanced AI capabilities and data sovereignty to government and private sector infrastructure stakeholders in one platform.”
Initial work under the partnership will focus on Northeast-based projects and partners.
Eunoia Group founder Chante Harris said: “By expanding our strategic lens beyond the data centre itself to champion an integrated landscape approach, one that overlays critical energy systems, advanced manufacturing, and ecological stewardship with proactive community partnership, we are elevating the digital infrastructure boom into a generational opportunity to cultivate resilient resource ecosystems designed for long-term regional vitality.”
Alongside the new platform, Empromptu AI recently introduced Grid Guard, a system designed for data centres to track power volatility, forecast short-term load shifts, and reduce mechanical strain on batteries and generators to lower power expenses.
Early implementations of Grid Guard achieved an average 80% decrease in power volatility without a meaningful effect on processing performance.
