Duos Technologies Group and Axe Compute have entered into agreements representing more than $500m for 55MW of AI-dedicated data centre capacity across several unspecified locations in the US.
The agreements cover aggregate base payments over their initial terms of five years including annual increases and exclude electricity as well as other usage-based charges.

Under the terms of the deal, billing will commence once each deployment passes construction, commissioning, ready-for-service testing, and written acceptance by Axe Compute.
Both companies anticipate that initial project readiness will begin in late 2026 and extend into early 2027. The agreements also include provisions for renewal and rights that may facilitate further expansion in the future.
The move builds on an existing 10MW deployment at a Duos facility in Georgia, where the company is currently delivering capacity for Axe Compute.
The new agreements represent both a scaling up in megawatt terms and a broadening to multiple US locations, although neither company is disclosing the specific sites involved.
Duos and Axe Compute have also signed nonbinding term sheets concerning possible minority investments by Axe Compute in the special-purpose project entities.
If completed, these arrangements would give Axe Compute a 49% equity stake in the entities associated with the data centre projects, with Duos retaining majority ownership.
These minority investments are still subject to the finalisation of documentation, satisfaction of closing conditions, and internal approval processes.
There is no obligation for either party to complete these investments until definitive agreements are executed.
