Centuria Capital Group and ResetData have increased their AI and digital infrastructure pipeline to more than 250MW, following new agreements and financing arrangements aimed at accelerating data centre growth.
The two companies have formalised a master services agreement (MSA) with CDC Data Centres for the provision of an initial 7MW of capacity.

This agreement is supported by a letter of intent (LOI) that may raise the allocation to 10MW in the future.
ResetData has already ordered graphics processing units (GPUs) for part of the initial CDC deployment.
Revenue from this procurement is expected in the second half of Centuria’s 2027 financial year, contingent on customer demand turning into contracted capacity.
In addition to the CDC agreement, the group secured 72MW of dedicated power generation units earmarked for Centuria data centre developments.
There is also the prospect of accelerating a further 30MW of power capacity, which is expected to advance deployment by around two years and could enable additional customer operations from early 2028 within Centuria’s data centres.
To support their GPU deployment in the short term, Centuria and ResetData have signed documentation for a $165m senior bridge GPU financing facility with Macquarie Bank’s Specialised and Asset Finance Division.
This facility is intended to back phased procurement and deployment of Nvidia GPUs across Centuria-owned and third-party sites and complements ResetData’s existing partnership with Dell Financial Services.
Funds from Centuria’s equity raise in June will be used to finance deployment and fulfil obligations linked to project financing.
Centuria joint CEOs John McBain and Jason Huljich said: “Today’s announcement marks significant progress since Centuria and ResetData announced our AI and digital infrastructure growth initiatives as part of an equity raise in June.
“Macquarie’s facility, together with Centuria’s recently completed $300m equity raise, enhances the Group’s flexibility to fund growth and respond to customer demand and deployment opportunities.”
Separately, Centuria has executed a memorandum of understanding with an investment-grade customer for a potential staged procurement of around 2MW of capacity at Centuria-owned centres.
ResetData’s outstanding GPUs for the AI-F1 Stage 2 development have also been ordered, following the earlier deployment of its initial infrastructure.
