Bitdeer AI, part of Bitdeer Technologies Group, has signed a 10-year services agreement for a 67MW data centre campus in Malaysia, A901.
The AI Cloud campus will supply critical IT load engineered for liquid-cooled, rack-scale Nvidia GB300 NVL72 systems built to support enterprise AI workloads.

It is the third data centre hub in Malaysia for Bitdeer AI, complementing existing sites in Cyberjaya and Johor.
Phased delivery of capacity is scheduled to begin during the first quarter of 2027, before the full 67MW deployment completes in the second quarter.
With the Malaysian transaction in place, Bitdeer AI holds around 273.5MW of secured data centre capacity across Malaysia, Norway, and the US.
This total reflects critical IT load that is either directly owned or held under executed service contracts. The volume represents around 78% of the company’s wider target to secure up to 350MW of data centre capacity by the first quarter of 2028.
Commercially, the organisation reported active demand for uncontracted capacity, estimating its prospective pipeline for AI Cloud data centre space at more than $10bn.
Contract values per megawatt fluctuate according to facility location, service configuration, and agreement duration, with management projecting the pipeline to expand further.
Bitdeer Technologies Group chief financial officer Michael Potter said: “Demand for liquid-cooled, rack-scale AI capacity in Southeast Asia is running ahead of what the market can deliver, and customers are asking for it earlier and in larger blocks.
“A901 adds 67MW in a third Malaysian location, which widens the set of sites and delivery dates we can put in front of a customer. With this facility, our secured AI Cloud data centre capacity stands at approximately 273.5MW, or approximately 78% of our up-to-350MW target.”
Operating as a preferred Nvidia Cloud Partner, Bitdeer AI supplies GPU cloud infrastructure, Model Studio, and AI Agent Builder services.
Alongside its Malaysian operations, parent company Bitdeer Technologies Group maintains an international data centre network encompassing sites in Bhutan, Canada, Norway, and the US.
