Modelon has entered into a reseller agreement with Simetrix Digital Technologies (SimetrixDT) to broaden distribution of its data centre system simulation software across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
The commercial arrangement authorises SimetrixDT to sell Modelon’s complete software portfolio comprising Modelon Libraries, enterprise deployment solutions, and Modelon Impact.
Access deeper industry intelligence
Experience unmatched clarity with a single platform that combines unique data, AI, and human expertise.
Both firms plan to focus on regional rollouts of data centre infrastructure products, specifically the Data Center Library within the Modelon Impact platform.
This deployment aims to satisfy growing demand for digital-twin operational planning and high-fidelity transient simulation.
The joint initiative aims to assist data centre operators and engineering teams with validating facility designs, lifting energy efficiency, and refining operational planning through AI workflows and advanced simulation.
The deployment targets the rapidly developing Asia-Pacific (APAC) data centre market, where operators require technical resources to develop resilient, efficient infrastructure.
SimetrixDT scale and partnerships head Raghav Garg stated that the simulation technology matches his company’s focus on providing engineering intelligence and operational certainty across critical infrastructure supply chains.
Garg said: “I am specifically excited to deliver to our customers Modelon Impact’s agentic AI capabilities—they are game changers for engineering teams that need faster, more reliable decision support.”
Modelon chief revenue officer Pieter Dermont stated that the distributor’s technical background makes it suitable for scaling high-fidelity simulation tools in the ANZ territory.
Dermont said: “We are thrilled to extend the channels for Modelon Impact and its industry-validated Data Center Library. Modelon is known for building tight, productive partnerships, and through SimetrixDT we are confident we can extend the reach of Modelon’s customer care.”
SimetrixDT provides digital engineering services and operational experience across critical infrastructure sectors, while Modelon supplies Modelica-based software solutions.
