AZIO AI Holdings has entered into a master services agreement (MSA) with AT&T for enterprise fibre connectivity supporting its 500MW AI data centre platform in Texas, US.
The agreement sets out a standardised networking framework for the AZIO AI campus, which the company is constructing as part of its focus on large-scale graphics processing unit (GPU) and AI infrastructure.
Access deeper industry intelligence
Experience unmatched clarity with a single platform that combines unique data, AI, and human expertise.
AZIO AI has allocated approximately $2.4m for high-capacity fibre services as part of the agreement.
The fibre infrastructure is intended to support AI training, GPU cloud activities, inference, enterprise colocation, and other high-performance computing workloads, all of which require significant bandwidth and low latency.
Operationally, the project forms part of AZIO AI’s larger hyperscale strategy, designed to provide scalable, energy-backed data centre solutions for the growing requirements of AI and GPU workloads.
According to the company, the master agreement will also help to streamline future network deployment and enable modular campus buildouts that are needed for new customer power and hosting agreements.
AZIO AI chief operating officer Sir Elgin Tracy said: “Reliable enterprise connectivity is foundational to AI infrastructure. This agreement establishes the networking framework supporting our initial 500MW Texas AI platform while creating a scalable operating model that can support future expansion as additional projects move forward under our hyperscale AI strategy.”
AZIO AI’s Texas campus is situated in an area that is planned for large-scale industrial use, which the company says helps to sidestep the land and community constraints that sometimes affect similar developments in urban settings.
The company is engaged in the development, ownership, and operation of artificial intelligence data centres, GPU compute infrastructure, and high-performance computing, as well as providing digital power solutions.
It serves enterprise and institutional customers across various markets.
