Sabey Data Center Properties has secured expanded funding from Ares Secondaries funds, increasing total investment from the group to over $500m.
The follow-on transaction builds on the minority equity stake agreed in July 2026 alongside Sabey Corporation and National Real Estate Advisors.

Sabey Data Center Properties operates as a joint venture between developer Sabey Corporation and investment manager National Real Estate Advisors, which oversees assets on behalf of institutional investors.
The operator currently manages 275MW of IT load across enterprise and hyperscale campuses in major US markets, encompassing over four million square feet of facility space.
The company is advancing a development pipeline and plans to increase its total operational capacity to around 737MW by 2033.

The data centre platform supplies multi-tenant infrastructure and tailored facility solutions to organisations across the technology, healthcare, and financial services sectors.
Sabey Corporation was established in 1971 and is based in Tukwila, employing over 270 personnel across commercial property developments covering data centres, life sciences, medical, educational, government, and military sites.
National Real Estate Advisors, founded in 2000, oversees commercial property and infrastructure funds focused on data centres, multifamily, healthcare, and mixed-use real estate as an independently run subsidiary of the National Electrical Benefit Fund pension trust.
