Aligned Data Centers has partnered with US-based AI software developer Phaidra to deploy the Prism platform across its entire portfolio.
The initiative introduces facility-specific intelligence intended to help site operations teams accelerate response times, strengthen infrastructure reliability, and manage the growing operational demands of next-generation digital infrastructure.

Phaidra Prism is structured as a read-only intelligence layer engineered specifically for data centre facilities.
The software continuously evaluates telemetry from electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS), building management systems (BMS), and other infrastructure systems, reviewing the data alongside operational documentation.
Phaidra has incorporated Nvidia DSX Exchange, which is part of the Nvidia DSX OS, into Prism, to serve as a shared data layer that aggregates information across mechanical, electrical, cooling, power, and IT hardware.
Data centre technicians can access these unified operational streams and receive contextual guidance through a natural language conversational interface.
Aligned Data Centers stated that the adoption of AI-assisted operational tools comes as operators manage denser, more dynamic computing workloads that create complex interactions among cooling, compute, power, and networking systems.
Whereas traditional monitoring instruments primarily display raw telemetry without context, the platform is designed to help operators prioritise facility needs, detect emerging irregularities, and perform faster root cause analysis to maintain reliable performance.

According to Aligned Data Centers, the platform will assist with day-to-day facility management whilst supporting the commissioning of new capacity, portfolio-wide standardisation, and quality assurance processes.
