Pasqal has signed a three-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) with LG CNS to collaborate on the development of hybrid artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computing infrastructure for data centres.
The agreement is intended to advance scalable computing systems capable of handling high-performance workloads and complex commercial and scientific problems.

Under the terms of the partnership, Pasqal will work with LG CNS to integrate its neutral-atom quantum computing hardware into the latter’s AI platforms, which include the AI Haus environment and AI data centre infrastructure.
The companies plan to jointly deliver hybrid computing systems and will focus on the operational integration, management and deployment of quantum processing technologies within existing data centre environments.
The move reflects an ongoing increase in demand for AI computing power, with the two companies aiming to create a hybrid system architecture that can support advanced, enterprise-level AI workloads.
In addition to technical integration, Pasqal and LG CNS will explore global commercial opportunities for AI and quantum-enabled data centre solutions, targeting both domestic and international markets.
The agreement also builds on Pasqal’s position in South Korea, highlighted by its strategic partnerships and investment relationships with Korean firms such as LG Electronics and Dunamu & Partners.
According to Pasqal, the firm has established South Korea as its hub for Asia-Pacific operations and has maintained a strategic relationship with LG Electronics for more than four years.
