Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has announced that its subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions-USA (BCSSL-USA), has signed a statement of work valued at $150m with SpaceX International for data centre, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity and telecommunications solutions.
The agreement covers the design, construction, integration, security, connectivity, and operation of an AI compute and data centre platform for SpaceX International over an 18-month period.

Experience unmatched clarity with a single platform that combines unique data, AI, and human expertise.
This deal follows the master services agreement originally dated 9 July 2026, and includes a minimum contractual commitment, according to the companies.
Under the arrangement, BCSSL-USA will oversee four main sectors: AI infrastructure ($70m), cybersecurity ($25m), telecommunications ($25m), and data centre solutions ($30m).
The services are structured to be delivered in five phases across six quarters. Work will start with assessment and design and progress towards managed operations in the sixth quarter, as per the terms of the statement of work.
Project deliverables outlined in the agreement include the deployment of graphics processing unit (GPU) and accelerator cluster infrastructure, the rollout of machine learning operations (MLOps) and model-serving platforms.
The agreement also includes the establishment of a security operations centre featuring security information and event management (SIEM) and security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) technologies.
In addition, it covers the implementation of core network and network operations centre-managed connectivity, as well as the build, commissioning, and disaster recovery functions for the data centre.
These activities are to be delivered according to defined service levels relating to platform, network, and facility availability.
Blue Cloud Softech group chairman Tejesh Kumar Kodali said: “This engagement is an important milestone for our AI infrastructure business and reflects Blue Cloud’s ability to design, build and operate integrated AI compute, cybersecurity and data-centre solutions at scale. We believe this programme strengthens our long-term strategy of building technology infrastructure capabilities for global clients.”
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions is headquartered in India and operates in markets including the US and Africa.
In June 2026, SpaceX entered into a multi-year contract with Reflection AI to provide the startup with data centre computing capacity worth approximately $1.8bn annually.
