BizLink Holding has agreed to acquire Singapore-based Interplex Datacom, a division of Ennovi, for an enterprise value of $850m.
The deal, which could increase by up to $50m in contingent consideration, will be carried out as an all-cash transaction. Interplex Datacom is owned by Ennovi, a portfolio company managed by funds affiliated with Blackstone.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Interplex Datacom operates in the field of interconnect solutions and high-precision mechanical products, with more than 65 years in the sector.
The company has a manufacturing presence in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand, employing over 1,900 staff. For the 12 months ending March 2026, Interplex Datacom reported revenue of approximately $392m.
BizLink anticipates that the addition of Interplex Datacom will enhance its data centre connectivity and infrastructure capabilities, especially as demand for AI infrastructure grows across Asia.
The company states that integrating Interplex Datacom’s manufacturing assets and expertise will enable it to better respond to customer requirements and accelerate development cycles.
The acquisition is also expected to expand BizLink’s existing offerings in precision metals fabrication and support its businesses in semiconductor enclosures, medical equipment, and system integration assembly.

BizLink intends to finance the acquisition using a mix of its available cash and debt secured from Citigroup, which is acting as its exclusive financial advisor. JP Morgan Securities Asia Private is advising Blackstone on the deal.
