Fort Technology’s majority-owned subsidiary Logia USA has signed an exclusive commercial distribution agreement with Schwab Vollhaber Lubratt (SVL) to expand fuel maintenance solutions for data centres across parts of the US Midwest.

Under the arrangement, SVL receives exclusive resale rights to market Logia’s automated fuel equipment to mission-critical infrastructure projects within designated Midwestern territories.

The automated systems maintain the quality of diesel fuel kept in on-site storage for standby generators, complying with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D975 standards.

Fuel reliability serves as a vital operational factor for data centres and other critical facilities, where emergency diesel generators must maintain continuous power during electrical grid interruptions.

The contract marks an operational move to commercialise Logia’s fuel integrity technology across the American data centre market.

Under the contract terms, SVL holds exclusive distribution rights across Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

The designated operating area also encompasses several Illinois counties, such as Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, and McHenry.

SVL can also pursue additional commercial data centre opportunities outside these specified areas by identifying and communicating them to Logia, which retains the right to designate specific house accounts.

The distribution agreement took effect on 12 October 2026 and runs until 31 July 2027, unless terminated earlier under contractual terms.

Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Roseville, Minnesota, SVL acts as an equipment representative for commercial heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and mechanical systems.

The company works directly with data centre developers, building owners, architects, consulting engineers, and mechanical contractors, supplying established connections across regional mission-critical developments.

Following the acquisition of Logia in August 2026, Fort Technology has formally entered the US market, targeting advanced fuel integrity systems for data centres and critical infrastructure.
