Singapore-headquartered CorefloX has begun operations at its manufacturing facility located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, adding capacity for liquid cooling equipment used in data centres and AI computing environments.
The facility covers about 33,094ft² and has been designed for annual output of up to 1,800 coolant distribution units (CDUs), 3,600 liquid-cooled load banks and 5,400 rack manifold sets.

Alongside production, the site houses system integration, engineering support and after-sales services. Testing forms a significant part of the operation.
It can carry out quality validation and full-load testing, allowing performance and system-level checks to be completed before equipment is shipped to site, which supports delivery on larger projects.
CorefloX supplies liquid cooling products for data centre infrastructure and concentrates on secondary-side systems.
The company has worked across over 2GW of liquid cooling deployments, with its installed systems recording over 10 million cumulative operating hours. It has existing engineering, manufacturing and project delivery operations in Asia.
It claims that its narrow product focus lets it organise research and development, procurement, manufacturing, testing and engineering around a single portfolio.
The expansion comes as AI infrastructure moves towards higher compute density and higher power levels, a shift that is placing more demand on liquid cooling suppliers for manufacturing scale, verified performance and project execution.
CorefloX said the Malaysian site improves its manufacturing flexibility, supply chain responsiveness and engineering support for work in international markets.
The company intends to continue building out its manufacturing, engineering and service network in other locations, with further investment directed at production, system integration and project delivery for its liquid cooling range.
