Zeo Energy and Ewyze have partnered to build integrated, off-grid power and data centre projects across the US and select international markets.
Under the arrangement, Zeo Energy and Ewyze plan to work on site identification, land acquisition, permitting and regulatory approvals, engineering, construction, financing structures and project commercialisation with operators of data centres and hyperscale customers.

Ewyze’s model pairs data centre development with microgrids combining solar photovoltaic generation, battery energy storage systems and an additional dispatchable power source.
The dispatchable source may include a grid connection, natural gas or geothermal power. This configuration is intended to provide 24/7 power capacity for AI and cloud computing workloads.
The partners said developing power and data centre assets together could reduce reliance on traditional utility connection schedules.
Data centre capacity could be brought online approximately two to three years after a project begins, subject to market, land, permitting, financing and technical conditions.
Zeo Energy CEO Timothy Bridgewater said: “Entering into this cooperation with Ewyze represents an important and strategic step in Zeo’s evolution toward larger-scale renewable energy and power infrastructure opportunities.
“The demand for AI-capable compute infrastructure – and the power required to run it – is growing faster than traditional grid systems can accommodate.
“We believe Ewyze’s integrated model, combining off-grid microgrids with data-centre development, positions the partnership to address one of the most significant infrastructure bottlenecks of our time. We look forward to developing these opportunities together.”
Ewyze has more than 18 years of renewable energy development experience and developed around 1.7GW of power solutions internationally.
Zeo, which trades on Nasdaq under the symbol ZEO, operates residential solar business Sunergy and long-duration energy generation and storage business Heliogen.
