Israel’s Buildots has signed an enterprise agreement with Green Mountain to introduce construction intelligence services to sustainable data centre projects.
Buildots is currently operational in two projects, totalling 100MW, in Frankfurt, Germany, and Stavanger, Norway, with plans for further expansion.

The companies did not provide details of the additional projects or a timetable.
Buildots will provide project data from the superstructure stage through to fitout. Its system combines imagery from 360° cameras and drones to track progress and identify potential risks at an early stage.
The arrangement is intended to give Green Mountain an independent view of delivery across its portfolio.
Buildots will also provide earlier visibility of issues that could affect project deadlines and create a shared set of information for future developments.

Green Mountain develops and operates data centres in Norway, Germany and the UK. Its facilities run on 100% renewable energy.

Buildots’ platform is used by contractors and owners including Turner Construction, Intel, JE Dunn, HOCHTIEF and Bouygues.
