The new entity is set up to establish, develop, and manage a broad range of data centre-related facilities and services.
Its scope includes hyperscale data centres, AI-ready centres, edge data centres, disaster recovery sites, cloud infrastructure, digital infrastructure parks, and colocation facilities within India and abroad.
The company will also offer services such as colocation, managed hosting, cloud connectivity, and internet exchange.
Other services include network services, disaster recovery, business continuity, data storage, cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, graphics processing unit (GPU) hosting, and high-performance computing.
In a separate filing dated 12 September 2026, Waaree Renewable Technologies notified both Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India that Waaree Green has also incorporated Sunstar Data Centers, which is similarly positioned to operate in the data centre business.
According to the company’s disclosures, neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in Sunstar Data Centers, and the incorporation of both subsidiaries does not require government or regulatory approvals.
Incorporated in India, both Aurovault and Sunstar Data Centers are yet to commence commercial activities.
All disclosures were made in line with applicable SEBI regulations and referenced in the filings submitted to the respective stock exchanges.
Waaree Green was previously known as Sunsantional Energy Private Limited.
