Redaptive and Recurve have introduced a new solution designed to help operators of data centres get quick access to electrical capacity, targeting the challenges faced by facilities supporting AI workloads.
The joint offering intends to optimise energy use within data centres and collaborate with utilities to expand capacity on local electricity grids.

Redaptive stated that rapid growth in AI-driven digital services has contributed to a substantial increase in data centre power requirements.
The company finances and deploys large-scale energy efficiency and distributed generation projects. Recurve operates the FLEX platform, which identifies and measures demand-side capacity.
The new joint solution gives data centre operators a documented way to enhance their energy efficiency internally while supporting additional grid capacity in their local areas.

The partnership involves integrating project origination, deployment, and financing with capacity measurement and validation.
Redaptive focuses on facility upgrades such as cooling optimisation, battery storage, and energy management systems, while Recurve’s FLEX platform quantifies the capacity gains for use in utility planning.
